 How do I qualify for these offers?                                                                                                     1. You or your spouse must meet the Virginia residence requirements. 6 months residency and domicile.                                                                                                                                                 2. You must qualify for a no fault divorce by having lived separately and apart with the intention to divorce for more than one year or if there are no minor children and there is a written property settlement agreement, six months.                                                                                                                          3. You must provide accurate information and documents necessary to process the divorce. There will be a fee of $100 to correct any errors.                                                                                                    4. You must have a witness to corroborate the facts of the case.                                                                                                                                                         5. The divorce must be UNCONTESTED. Any contest will result in additional fees and costs.                                                                                                                                                     6. You must cooperate with your attorney.                                                                                             7. You must pay all fees and costs in full in advance. If you do not know where your spouse is or if he/she is out of state and not going to sign the divorce papers, you need to pay the newspaper charges for publication.                                                                                                                                       8. 2 week divorce requires that your spouse sign documents; failure or refusal to sign after we begin will result in additional fees and  costs.                                                                                                         9. 6-8 week divorce requires court appearance; if the case is continued for any reason, there will be an additional fee of at least $100.
