OUR Clients are the most important people in our practice.

OUR Clients are the lifeblood of this practice; There would be no practice without them.

OUR Clients are not an interruption of our work; Caring for our clients is our work.

OUR Clients honor us with their confidence; they do us a favor when they call us.  We appreciate their confidence AND We realize we are not doing them a favor by serving them.

OUR Clients are not statistics; We refuse to treat them like statistics.

OUR Clients bring us their wants, goals, dreams and desires; And, sometimes, they bring us their fears, troubles and concerns. It is our job, in so far as we are able, to help them to achieve those wants, goals, dreams and desires, and to help alleviate or resolve their fears, troubles and concerns.
