We offer confidential consultation services at a reduced fee of $50 for up to a half hour and $100 per hour for time exceeding a half hour to encourage people to seek sound legal advice early. If you need additional services, the fee for those services will be discussed and agreed upon at the initial conference. The bankruptcy consultation fee for up to one-half hour is credited towards the cost of bankruptcy services. The consultation fee for incorporation is credited towards the fee for those services. Some restrictions apply.

Free consultations may be expensive. A lawyer who does not charge a consultation fee may be tempted to steer you into action that will cost you a large fee later. How much attorney time will you get "for free"? Will that be enough for the attorney to fully understand and evaluate your situation and adequately communicate to you your best options?
