As experenced divorce attorneys, we believe that folks should be able to secure experienced representation and obtain a divorce quickly, easily and affordably, when the parties have been separated for the statutory period (six m onths to a year) and there is no contest, there are no issues of property, custody, and/or support and the parties agree to cooperate in expediting and facilitating entry of a divorce decee. We don't believe it makes sense to pay hundreds of dollars for "do it yourself" divorce kits on the internet, when experienced representation is available at an affordable cost.
